Where are your products made?
Our products are made right here in North America using environmentally sound components and manufacturing processes. Although they cost a little more, we source US- and Canadian-made, ROHS (lead- and toxin-free) environmentally certified components, including circuit boards, plastic housings and connectors whenever possible.
We could lower production costs by cutting corners, but uncompromised quality and reliability are always our first priority. Our industry-unique lifetime warranty is our stamp of quality on our products, and is what sets us apart from other manufacturers.
Do you outsource product assembly to Asia?
No. We don't support questionable or unverifiable labor practices. In some countries it's not unusual to find young girls soldering cables for 12 hours a day in crowded, poorly-lit factories. We firmly believe that being part of the solution starts with not being part of the problem.
A $1.99 cable direct from China might seem like a pretty good deal... but is it really?
How long is the warranty period?
Unique in the industry, all of our products carry a transferable lifetime replacement warranty. If any of our cables stops working for any reason, we'll repair or replace it at no cost (shipping charges may apply). Transferable means that you'll never need to show proof-of-purchase - if we made it, it's covered.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENT
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept online and credit card payments through both PayPal and Google Checkout. To accomodate international customers, bitcoin (BTC) is also accepted at the current exchange rate.
Money-orders or company checks are also acceptable forms of payment, subject to prior approval.
Net 30 terms are available to qualified government and law-enforcement agencies, subject to authorization and PO approval.
When should I expect my order?
Most orders ship the same or next day. Delivery time is typically 4-7 days to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Other international orders may take up to several weeks if the package is detained in customs, etc.
Orders to Italy, eastern Europe and South America can be exceptionally slow and may require an upgrade to trackable EMS Express mail (at a surcharge) to guarantee timely delivery.
How much is shipping?
Most products ship First Class (Airmail) with our standard rates:
Domestic US/Canada: $4.90 1st item, additional items FREE
International: $9.90 1st item, additional items FREE
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of radio programming products, opened products can be replaced with the same part number only. Unopened, incorrectly ordered parts may be exchanged at our discretion.
